The camera won’t verify my sip
Make sure your face is in view and reasonably lit, then take a real sip and move a little naturally so a live, present you can be confirmed. If a check fails, just tap retry. If it keeps failing in good conditions, email us with your device and iOS version so we can look into it.
How do I turn on camera permission?
SipReceipt asks for camera access the first time you verify a sip. If you declined, open the Settings app on your iPhone → SipReceipt → Camera and toggle it on. You can revoke it there anytime too.
I lost my streak by mistake
If a verification failed but you really did drink, retry right away — a failed check does not end your day on its own. If something looks wrong, email us and we’ll help sort it out.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Settings → Delete account. We schedule your account for deletion and permanently remove your data within 30 days. During that window you can sign back in and cancel the deletion to restore everything.
Where is my data stored, and what about my photos?
Your hydration data lives on encrypted cloud servers. Camera verification runs entirely on your device — no images are ever captured or sent anywhere; only the pass/fail result is stored. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown. Read the Privacy Policy.
